Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all tags and materials intact
• Free from damage, scratches, or alterations

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at hello@rustygloves.com with your order number
2. Provide photos and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
